"Know Your Why's"

Knowing Your Why's is a worksheet I like to provide parents with to help them really think about why breastfeeding is important for their family, for themselves and for their child. These reasons can be quite personal. It is a process of discovering more about yourself as a parent and also the benefits of breastfeeding for parent and child. Holding onto these 'Why's" is a valuable tool to help get you through challenges that may come up in your breastfeeding journey.
