Hiring a doula is a wonderful idea! A doula is a valuable member of your birth team. You are the driving force and doulas are here to guide you. Trisha's hopes your birth is empowering and that you have your wishes advocated for.

Trisha trained through DONA International in 2013 when her eldest was an infant. Having a doula support her through a challenging birth lead her towards being a doula herself. In 2017, Trisha became a certified (SBD) Birth and Bereavement Doula with StillBirthday. Trisha started taking on birth doula clients in 2018. Birth work comes in waves and Trisha only takes on clients when her life allows for it.

Empowering women through natural birth is a passion of mine. I am happy to provide support through massage, breathing, natural pain relief methods, relaxation techniques, position changes and more. I take the time to get to know you, listen to your concerns and needs and be someone to lean on during your journey.

Virtual breastfeeding class for you and your partner or support person. Evidence shows that preparing yourself with breastfeeding knowledge and knowing resources to reach out to if challenges arise, contribute to improved breastfeeding outcomes.
