​ ​Doula Support Package ​ ​​Initial Consult: No obligation, in person or virtual meeting to decide if we are a good fit for each other. -Text and email support from start of contract to birth -Access to my book lending library -1-2 Prenatal Sessions (Birth planning, education, postpartum prep, breastfeeding education, Q & A) -On-call 24/7 at 38 weeks until the birth of your baby -Back-up doula support, if needed -Doula support for the length of labour to 2 hrs after birth -If desired, I can capture birth moments for you using you or your partners phone -Typed birth notes -Help with set up and clean up for home birth clients -1 Postpartum visit. I will go over your birth story notes, assist with basic breastfeeding support, and any postpartum needs that we discussed.​
